The filling line is suitable for filling carbonated drink. It consist of automatic washing machine, isotonic filling machine, automatic capping machine and conveying system. The whole line is straight and separate. It apply to aluminum can filling, The machine is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel. 2. Adopt air transportation and star wheel technology to load bottles into 3-in-in unit.Replacing bottle loading screw rod and transportation chain, it make change different bottle easily.

3. All the parts of bottle transportation in three-in-one units adopt bottle clamping technology. When change the different bottles, it doesn't need to adjust the height of equipment, only for changing the parts which are relative to diameter of bottle. Such as Arc guide plate, star wheel.

4. Special designed bottle clamp for bottle washing machine are bearing and duration, no contact with the screw part of bottle, avoiding the second pollution.

5. The parts which direct to contact with material are made of stainless steel, no process dead corner and easy to cleaning.

6. Adopts diaphragm regulating valve to control the flow volume and keep small fluctuation and assure the bottling precision.

7. Valve opening mechanism drives by cylinder. Open valve reliably and accurately according the signal that if it has bottle.

8. High flow and precision bottling valve bottle quickly and no liquid waste.

9. Equip with complete CIP circulation and control program.

10. Capping heads adopt magnetic-constant-torque, keeping good capping quality and no to damage cap.

11. Adopts high efficiency cap sorting and supplying system, which has perfect cap feeding technology and protection device.

12. The star wheel for discharging bottle and bottle bottom supporting plate adopt screw way to do the motion up and down. while changing the shape of bottle, it only change the star wheel and curved board which are related to diameter of bottle without change the height of the transportation wheel and only need ten minutes to finish shifting shape of bottle.

13. It sets overload protection device perfectly and have good effect for protecting equipment and operators.

14. Adopts touch screen to operation and realizes man computer conversation. So you can watch working condition of equipment by eyes.

15. The key electric elements such as touch screen PLC and transducer adopt international famous products.

16. Elements of pneumatic circuit system adopt the famous brand of FESTO.

17. The bottles are feeding by wind blowing system; caps are feeding by a full-automatic
